The festival of Christmas is very funny, families get together and friends too. The tree is very nice. The presents are very important for me: Playstation 2, NintendoDS, Playstation 3... the festival of Chrismas is very popular in many countries. During the festival of Christmas,the country is white and the weather is freezing.

Hello.Yesterday was October. It was very a special and beautiful day for us. In the morning the people walk in the street and watch the fire. In the morning we liked to go to the fires and we could play with our friends. In the afternoon we liked the fires and atractions and we could go and see the fires. In the evening we liked having a barbecue, and the desserts . We like are “torró“. We went to sleep at 1 o’clock.
These are special days for us.

Last Sunday was June 25th. That's St Joan. It was a lovely hot day. I'm going to tell you about St Joan because it's my favorite today.
WHAT WE DO IN THE DAY
In the morning we buy firecrackers. After, we have lunch with my family. In the afternoon I go to watch the parade. At night I ignite firecrackers and jump the bonfire.

THE "TURRÓN"AND THE CHOCOLATE TO
THE STONE FAIR
The fair of the "turrón" began as a market of sale of nougat the year 1988.
The fair of the "turrón" and the "chocolate to the stone" is healed every year in Agramunt during the month of October.
This fair there gathers both typical products from the population of Agramunt is Nougat and the chocolate to the stone. For this motive year after year, prepares this important fair for itself during October.
During the days of the fair the sale of “turron” is realized following the traditional production for a lot of time.
TURRON: Kind of nougat made of hazelnut and honey or almonds and honey.

The nougat fair is the sweettest fair in Catalonia. The nougat is delicious! The fair is the street. The sports-center is used to expose the nougat market. I love the tasting carp. And I love atractions! The nougat fair is very populary in the country! It's fantastic!

Falles festival
We get up at seven o’clock.We eat a lot of food for breakfast.
At nine o’clock the festival starts. During the festival there are a lot of activities. For exemple: prepere the festival, play a game and play with dolls.
At one o’clock we have lunch.
At the afternoon we continue the activites and have snack of the typical food. For exemple: “xurros” , “buñuelos”.
At night there are fireworks and they burn the “falles” .
It’s very very nice !

Yesterday was December 25th. That’s Father Christmas day.
It was a lovely cold day. I’m going to tell you about Father Christmas because it’s my favourite day.
My mum and Dad give us a gift. We always eat soup and chicken for lunch. The next day, we see the gift under the tree, and we open the presents.

The Festival of Saint John
The Festival of Saint John. We celebrate it on the 23th June
in Catalonia.
It is the longest day and the
shortest night.
During this night we burn bonfires
and we throw firecrackers.
In this night we traditionaly
eat flat cake. The flat cake is
longe and it has pines seeds
and candied fruit.
